Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from TanmuCare.

If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may follow below steps and pilicy for return.

  4. Regarding defective/incorecct items

(If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.)

1) TanmuCare accepts returns under the following conditions :

  • Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
  • Returned items must be unused/unworn
  • Returned must be received within 15 days of the delivery date
  • Returned items must be fully protected with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue, etc., and enclosed in a size-appropriate box or envelope.

* Please note that a Shipping Fee (vary due to different locations) will be deducted from your refund fee.

2) Start your refund with the following steps

Email us at tanmucare@gmail.com with the subject heading of Online Return: Inquiry- Order Number.The email should contain the following information for your refund:

 

  • Order Number
  • Why the item is being returned
  • Item to return
  • Item condition

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. (We are closed on major HOLIDAYS, but we will check your refund orders asap.)*Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.

 

3) How will TanmuCare resolve my return?  

Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met, you will receive a confirmation letter for your return.

Please mark the order number on a piece of paper and send your return items to the address provided in the email within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase date.

4) I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?

When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5) How is the refund processed?

We will refund by Paypal, and the processing fee will be deducted by the customer’s side unless the items are wrong or indefective.

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!

6) Regarding Defective or Incorrect Items  

If we have shipped the incorrect order or defective item, please email tanmucare@gmail.com with the subject heading of ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM (or) DEFECTIVE ITEM, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the piece.

We will provide further instructions on how to return via email. Please e-mail us and return the incorrect item and deal with the defective item within 15 days of the receipt date.
