Follow the meridian pathways as shown in the picture and use the comb side to gently comb or zigzag backwards starting from the forehead, hairline, temple, and ear positions, all the way down to the neck.

Step 1: To protect your skin, apply some essential oil or cream to your face and relax.
Step 2: Follow the directions as shown in the image and start your Gua Sha routine with the curved side of the Almighty massage tool.
Step 3: Always perform the massage from internal to external parts of the face, starting at the forehead and working your way down gradually.
Repeat each move 10-15 times with gentle to medium pressure.

Step 1: To protect your skin, apply some essential oil or eye/face cream around your eyes and nose.
Step 2: Use a mirror to help you locate the points as shown in the image or in the TanmuCare Guidebook that you will receive with the Almighty massage tool.
Step 3: Use the round ball head or U-shape side to press on the acupoints or gently rotate in a circular motion over the eye and nose areas to reduce pain.
Step 4: Apply firm but gentle pressure to each point for at least three minutes with the round ball head of the tool.
