Nurture Through Green Sandalwood

Sandalwood, which is known to be one of the most expensive woods in the world, has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years due to its health benefits, such as regulating qi and blood circulation, clearing heat, resolving dampness, and calming the spirit.

Its scientific name is Guaiacum sanctum, commonly known as holywood, and it is regarded as an auspicious tree.

By using the sandalwood combs in your daily routine, not only will your hair get glossier, but also the whole body tension will also be relieved.

Caring Tips

Remember that green sandalwood is a natural material and regular maintenance and gentle handling will ensure that they continue to serve you well for a long time.

1) Moisturize your combs and tools once a week

Sandalwood combs and brushes can benefit from occasional oiling to keep them moisturized and prevent them from drying out or cracking. Use a small amount of natural oil or cream, such as coconut oil or jojoba oil, and gently rub it onto the wood surface. Wipe off any excess oil with a clean cloth.

2) Avoid excessive heat and sunlight

Protect your TanmuCare sandalwood comb and tools from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or heat sources like hairdryers. Prolonged exposure to these elements can cause the wood to warp, crack, or fade.

3) Store properly

You will receive a free and beautiful pouch along with your order. When not in use, store your TanmuCare sandalwood products in the bag and put them in a dry place away from moisture and dust.

4) Avoid excessive force

Sandalwood hair combs, brushes, and massage tools are generally durable, but they can still break if subjected to excessive force, especially TanmuCare sandalwood, which is made of a whole piece of premium green sandalwood. Do not drop wooden combs on hard floors or collide them with other hard objects.

5) Avoid water exposure

Avoid prolonged exposure to water for your sandalwood products. Keep them away from the shower or bath area to prevent damage to the wood over time.
