Shipping Issue

What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline? TanmuCare provides free shipping on all orders. It will take 3-7 business days for delivery. If you have any questions about your order, please send an email to tanmuare@gmail.com.


Where do you ship to?  TanmuCare currently ships our amazing wooden combs and items made with natural sandalwood to almost all over the world.

 My Order

How do I find my order number?  After your purchase with TanmuCare, we will send you an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as they can make their way to the junk/spam folder!

Can I cancel my order? Please kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us timely at tanmucare@gmail.com with your order number. Past 24 hours, we are not able to cancel the order.

Can I update my order? Please kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order in time. If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us timely at tanmucare@gmail.com with your order number and the details on the change. Once the order is placed, we are not able to edit the order. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the change will be made as the order may have been already processed.

Can I change my address? Please feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

How can I track my order? Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can track your order in 【Track My Order】menu.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return and exchange policy?  TanmuCare accepts returns under the following conditions :

  1. Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
  2. Returned items must be unused/unworn
  3. Returned must be received within 15 days of the delivery date
  4. Returned items must be fully protected with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue, etc., and enclosed in a size-appropriate box or envelope.
  5. * Please note that a Shipping Fee (vary due to different locations) will be deducted from your refund fee.

How much is the return shipping fee? Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

The return shipping fee also varies due to different locations. When contacting our customer service with tanmucare@gmail.com, we will let you know the exact shipping fee for your reference.

How do I start the return? Email us at tanmucare@gmail.com with the subject heading of Online Return: Inquiry- Order Number.

The email should contain the following information for your refund:

  1. Order Number
  2. Why the item is being returned
  3. Item to return
  4. Item condition  
  5. We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours.(We are closed on major HOLIDAYS, but we will check your refund orders asap.)
  6. Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.

When will I receive my refund? When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Payments

What payment methods do you accept? Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are back-ordered and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency. TanmuCare now supports Paypal. Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the TanmuCare site.

How is the refund processed? We will refund by Paypal, and the processing fee will be deducted by the customer’s side unless the items are wrong or indefective. Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account.  

How does discount code work? A limit of one (1) discount can be applied to each order. Simply type the discount code on the checkout page, and you will enjoy the discounted price! *Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes, or any other type of discount. TanmuCare has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
