TanmuCare ships our amazing products worldwide, including destinations such as Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States (including Hawaii). Do I need to pay for shipping and taxes?
No, we provide free shipping and taxes are included in the price. There are no additional charges for shipping or taxes. The price you see is the final price.
When will my order be shipped?
Typically, your order will be shipped within one business day. If there are any holidays or delays, we will provide a notification on our website's header.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
The shipping time varies depending on the destination. Usually, it takes 3-7 business days, but for some areas, it might take up to 10 business days. We closely monitor each order to ensure successful delivery.
What's your return and exchange policy?
We stand by the quality of our products and truly want you to benefit from your purchase. However, due to the personal nature of our tools, especially those used on the body and hair, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers. Please carefully consider this before purchasing.

How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase on TanmuCare website is easy:

- View Cart: Once you've added all desired items, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page to review your order.
- Checkout: Click the "Checkout" button and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
- Confirm Order: Review your order details and click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After you place your TanmuCare order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can't find the confirmation, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
How do I find my order number?
After your purchase with TanmuCare, we will send you an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as they can make their way to the junk/spam folder!
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that our team works hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. If your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us promptly at tanmucare@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that we cannot cancel orders past 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Can I update my order?
Please kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order in time. If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us timely at tanmucare@gmail.com with your order number and the details on the change. Once the order is placed, we are not able to edit the order. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the change will be made as the order may have been already processed.
Can I change my address?
Please feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its journey every step of the way. You’ll get updates for each progress, including when it’s shipped and out for delivery. You can easily track your order in the 【Track My Order】menu.
My tracking number says delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Sometimes, packages can be marked as delivered by mistake in the carrier's system. If this happens, I recommend waiting a day or two, as your package may still be on its way. If it has been more than three business days since your tracking was marked as delivered, please reach out to me at tanmucare@gmail.com with your full shipping address. I’ll gladly work with the carrier to sort this out for you.
Just a quick note: any claims of lost or missing packages need to be reported within 30 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information. Unfortunately, claims made after this period aren't eligible for a refund or replacement, and we can't make exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
What if my product is defective?
If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please email tanmucare@gmail.com within five (5) business days of delivery so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

No, we only sell TanmuCare products on our official website to ensure the highest quality and best service. We cannot guarantee that products purchased from other platforms are genuine TanmuCare items.
