1️⃣ Middle Scalp Acupoints
Three of these points are in the middle of the scalp. To target them:

Scrape or zigzag along the line from the frontal hairline to posterior hairline.

If you have short hair, divide the line into two parts:

Scrape forward from the crown to the frontal hairline 36 times.

Scrape backward from the crown to the posterior hairline 36 times.

Then, scrape from the crown to the area above your ear tip 36 times.
2️⃣ Side Scalp Acupoints
If you’re dealing with migraines or tension headaches, focus on these three points along the side of your scalp.

Hold the gua sha tool firmly and scrape backward along the sides of your scalp, applying some pressure.

A zigzag motion works wonders—try it and see!
Repeat the same technique on the other side of your scalp.
3️⃣ Finishing Touch
Finish by massaging the top of your head and the base of your skull for added relaxation and enhanced results.
