Payment

1) Pay with your PayPal account

TanmuCare now supports Paypal. Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the TanmuCare site. 

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency. 

2) Pay through PayPal without an account

You can still finish your payment via your debit or credit card even without a PayPal account. Please check the steps as below:

2.1 Cilck Buy with PayPal (even you do not have a PayPal Account).

2.2 Click "Continue to payment"

2.3 Just click "Pay with debit or credit card".

2.4 Enter your email address and click "Continue to Payment"

2.5  Fill in your debit or credit card information and complete your order.

3) Payment rejection can occur for a number of reasons:

1. Your transaction page has timed out.

2. You left the transaction page before completing the checkout process.

3. There are not sufficient funds in your PayPal account or you do not have any auxiliary options, such as a bank account or credit card.

If the transaction is still not complete, please contact the bank to make sure it can be completed. If there is no issue from the bank side, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
