  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and TanmuCare guidebook.
  •  You must initiate the refund or exchange process within 15 days of receiving the product.

1.2. The following products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without their original packaging or missing tags.
  • Products that are non-refundable or non-exchangeable, as specified on the product page.

2.Refund Process:

2.1. If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the product, providing your order details and reason for the refund request. 
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps to return the product.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please note that shipping charges, transaction fees, fees we paid for customs clearance are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. (Shipping fee is around 8USD-9USD for a parcel with 200g.)

2.2. We will issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • - If the wrong product was shipped to you. 
  • - If the product does not match the description provided on our website.

  • We will ship the new product to you, and you will be responsible for any price differences and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
